Terms of Use

By accessing or using Impromptu Originals (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Rentals grant ad-free streaming access for a fixed window (currently 7 days from purchase). Rentals do not renew automatically and expire at the end of the window.
• Ad-supported viewing grants access to the full film at no charge to any signed-in account, with advertising shown before and during playback. It requires no payment and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Purchases. Films are no longer offered for individual purchase. Purchases made while that option was available continue to grant indefinite streaming access while the Service remains operational, on the terms that applied at the time of purchase. Purchases never granted download rights or transferable ownership.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. All transactions are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.

All sales are final once playback begins. If you experience a technical issue that prevents playback, contact support within 7 days for a refund or credit at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service.
• Attempt to download, copy, screen-record, decrypt, or reverse-engineer any film delivered through the Service.
• Circumvent geographic, technical, or rights-management restrictions.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

All films, trademarks, brand assets, and platform code are the property of their respective owners. Your access does not transfer ownership or grant any license beyond personal, non-commercial viewing.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, attempt to defraud the Service, or otherwise abuse access. You may close your account at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impromptu Originals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
