Impromptu Originals (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you use our streaming service, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

When you create an account, rent or purchase a film, or contact support, we may collect: your email address, display name, payment details (processed by Stripe, we do not store full card numbers), purchase and viewing history, device and browser information, and IP address.

• To provide and personalize the streaming service.
• To process rentals and purchases.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, expiration notices).
• To prevent fraud and protect the security of the service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We share information only with the third-party processors required to run the service: Stripe (payments), Firebase (authentication and storage), Bunny Stream (video delivery), Google Analytics (aggregate audience measurement), and our advertising partners as described in section 5. We do not sell your personal data.

Films on Impromptu Originals can be watched free of charge in an ad-supported tier. That advertising is delivered by third-party ad technology providers, including Google, rather than served by us directly.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Opting out does not remove advertising from the ad-supported tier; it means the ads you see are less likely to be tailored to you.

We also use cookies and local browser storage for purposes that are not advertising: keeping you signed in, remembering playback preferences such as captions, and measuring aggregate site usage through Google Analytics. Renting a film removes advertising from that title for the duration of the rental.

We retain account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing the address below. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
